What does Dwelling do?
Dwelling specializes in designed and creating custom home and party decor, including wooden letters, numbers, photo frames, wedding decor, containers, hairbow holders, and more.
What is your method?
All of my items are done in a decopauge method. I love how that allows me to put very intricate and detailed patterns on a letter, and also the texture and dimension it gives letters as opposed to painting. Each letter or other item done in this method has 2-3 coats of protective sealant applied to the top the protect the surface from scratching or peeling and help keep them dust and dirt free.
What are the Font/Styles/Sizes available for wooden letters?
As of right now, I work with two different styles of letters. I have a six-inch block style and a nine-inch whimsical style. I really enjoy the simplicity of having just two styles and sizes to choose from, and both are so versatile that at least one of them is going to work for any project!

Six-inch letters:
1-3 $7.75
4-6 $7.50 each
7-9 $7.25 each

Nine-inch letters:
1 - $12.00

How can I get custom letters to match my nursery decor?
I love matching letters to nursery bedding or art. You can send me photos or links for your bedding or anything else you'd like to coordinate with through Etsy Conversations or to my email at dwellingonline@yahoo.com. I will send you some photos of ideas and samples to choose from, and we'll go from there! As I create different sets to coordinate with specific bedding, I add them to my shop to make finding them easier for buyers.
What about weddings?
There's so many fun things to do for weddings! Consider "I DO" letters for your guest book, cake, or head table, your new last name as a reception decoration, and table number initials or numbers. Check out the wedding page above for photos and info.
How long will it take to get my letters?
Dwelling's turnaround time is still pretty quick due to a great schedule and system for designing and creating letters! Orders placed and paid for between Saturday morning and Friday night will ship no later than the following Monday morning, meaning all orders will go out within 3-10 days of purchase. Order by Friday night to get your letters quicker!
How can I display my letters?
There are 3 different ways to display your wooden letters in your home or at a wedding or shower.
1: Stand-up: The six-inch block style letters will stand on their own on a shelf, table, or dresser. They have been purchased to display as baby shower decorations, wedding receptions, and as teacher gifts for their desks!
2: Ribbon: I can attach ribbon to any letter for hanging it on the wall
3: Mounting Tape: You can attach double-sided mounting tape to your letters and attach them directly to the wall. I prefer this to attaching any kind of hardware because they are easy to move and remove, hang very flush against the wall, and don't require more nail holes in your wall!

In reading your suggested display methods I am wondering how you get the layered look that I see in your display pictures. That is the look I am drawn to... how would you recommend hanging your letters to get this effect? Or do they already come that way when I order them?
